6-Month Leadership Formation Program for Christian Men

This is a 6-month (12 sessions) curriculum-based program to take you from confusion to biblical order. Each session is 50 minutes in length. 

The sessions are theme-focused with an assigned task to complete before the next one.

For instance, in session one, we’ll discuss taking ownership with the theme of “Responsibility Precedes Change.” In that session, we’ll delve into the importance of taking ownership of where you are in life. Then, if you choose to do so, you’ll write an “Ownership Statement” before our session on Identity.

Because your wife is not a spectator in your financial life, she’s welcome to join key sessions 4, 5, and 6.

The week we meet will be referred to as “coaching week.” The week in between sessions will be referred to as “implementation week.” In this way, you will have ample time to contemplate and complete your action steps. Remember, this is a leadership program, not a social outing. And although there will be Scripture references, this will not be a study of the Bible or theology.

Phase 1 – Foundation (sessions 1-4) – Know the Man You’re Becoming. We’ll focus on answering, “Who am I? Where am I going? What is true about my life?”

Session 1: Ownership – Responsibility Precedes Change.

Session 2: Identity – You Lead from Who You Are.

Session 3: Vision – A Man without Vision Drifts.

Session 4: Awareness – What Gets Measured Gets Managed.

Phase 2 – Structure (sessions 5-8) – Build the Life that Supports Your Calling. We’ll focus on, “How do I build a life that reflects God’s design?”

Session 5: Order – God Works Through Order.

Session 6: Freedom – The Borrower is Slave to the Lender.

Session 7: Influence – Grow in Servant Leadership, Communication, and Relational Wisdom.

Session 8: Leadership at Home – Lead Your Marriage, Children, and Household with Intentionality.

Phase 3 – Mastery (sessions 9-12) – Lead Faithfully for a Lifetime. To answer, “How do I lead with consistency, purpose, and lasting impact?”

Session 9: Self-Mastery – Discipline Creates Freedom.

Session 10: Accountability – Strong Men Build Safeguards.

Session 11: Legacy – You’re Building Something to Outlive You.

Session 12: Mission – Living with Intention.

My mission is to coach Christian men as they navigate the challenges of being providers, husbands, and fathers as God has called them to be.

I work with Christian men (husbands and fathers) who feel overwhelmed or stuck. Men who are tired of living paycheck-to-paycheck and want to bring order to their lives and finances. So that they can lead with clarity, confidence, and peace!

At this time, my coaching practice focuses on Christian men. In the future, additional programs may be offered for Christian women and couples.
