Why me?

I know you’re not looking at my degrees, certifications, or licenses for validation. Rather, I believe you’re looking for the experience I have to offer.

Like many, I grew up watching my father work multiple jobs and was mostly absent from my childhood. When he was there, he was either falling asleep on the couch or being mean and abusive. 

When I met my wife and we decided to start a family of our own, I swore that I wouldn’t work multiple jobs, that I would always be there for my family, and that I would never be mean. Yet somehow, I had become the very thing I swore against.

I found myself working multiple jobs, not being there for my family like I should have, and I had a temper that made me unpleasant to be around.

One day, I sat myself down and had one serious question to ask: “What kind of husband, father, and man did I want to become?” Because I didn’t like what I was seeing.

Over time, I changed my life by:

  • finally taking ownership rather than blaming my circumstances
  • gaining clarity about where my life was going
  • identifying what was keeping me stuck
  • bringing order to areas that felt like chaos
  • becoming more intentional as a husband and father
  • developing discipline and accountability
  • getting control over my finances rather than being controlled by them
  • breaking generational patters that I didn’t want to pass onto my children
  • establishing a personal mission statement and direction
  • and becoming the kind of man I believe God called me to be

And I can help you too.

I don’t coach men from a “theoretical” understanding of leadership. I created this framework because I’ve had to confront many of these issues in my own life.

6-Month Leadership Formation Program for Christian Men

This is a 6-month (12 sessions) curriculum-based program to take you from confusion to confidence. Each session is 50 minutes in length. 

Each session is theme-focused. And yes, there will be homework because most of your transformation will happen between sessions.

Remember, you don’t have to stay stuck. You were built to lead!

I work with Christian men (husbands and fathers) who feel overwhelmed or stuck. Men who are tired of living paycheck-to-paycheck and want to bring order to their lives and finances. So that they can lead with clarity, confidence, and peace!

At this time, my coaching practice focuses on Christian men. In the future, additional programs may be offered for Christian women and couples.

This one-time coaching session is for those who only want one coaching session or a few (but less than 3 months’ worth).

This 3-month version of the Built to Lead program is for those who want quicker results. 

This is for you if you want to meet weekly instead of every other week.

This is an 8-week version of the Built to Lead program. 

This program was created for groups, not 1-on-1 coaching. 

This is the 6-month version of the Built to Lead program. We’ll meet once every other week.
